It is a temporary importation, where the necessary goods that are used in an industrial or service process destined to the elaboration, transformation or repair of merchandise of foreign origin, are temporarily imported into the national territory, so that at the time, do not have to cover the payment of general import taxes, value added tax (VAT) and, where appropriate, compensatory fees.

When export merchandise services are carried out or export services are provided solely for the development of the activities that the same secretariat determines. The activities that may be authorized under this modality are contained in Annex 3.2.9 of the RGE.
